Taking Cephalexin while pregnant harms the baby?

EStou pregnant 25 weeks would like to know if I can take cefalexin 500mg for 10 days the urologist who prescribed to take 12-12 hrs. I just wanted to make sure it does not hurt the baby. Thank you very much in advance
