Will it take me to get pregnant because I only have 1 ovary?

I did all the exams to start a pregnancy but only have one ovary, it will take time and my cycle is 31 days.

Maybe a little more, but more likely it will not be late (a woman can get pregnant normally with only 1 ovary).
